Requirements

Basics

You must be a Rhode Island real estate Agent and/or Broker  in order to participate in this specific program/service. As a part of the registration process a standard set of State-Wide MLS forms are completed and submitted to the State-Wide MLS for review and approval. These forms are for the IDX data feed used by you for your subscription. (If there are any additional fees required by the MLS, these fees would be billed by, and paid directly to the MLS.)  The only other form to be completed is used by us to complete your subscription and configure your office and agent specific information - including a photo image which is used to brand your contact and showing pages. A thumbnail image of your office logo is used to brand your office listings in the property list pages.

Web Site Requirements

You will need a website - if you do not have web site and want one, just contact us for assistance. We can help you establish a new domain through a reputable provider or provide quidance on how you can successfully do this. There are many different choices when setting up a web site or transferring a web site to a new platform. If you need help with this we would be happy to answer any questions you may.

If you already have a web site and simply wish to add the subscription service to your web site you will need to think about where you would like to add your new property search and office listing links. (They really are very easy to add to a web page - it is a cut and paste operation!) If you are uncomfortable with making the basic edits to your web site please let us know and we can help you wit hthis task or simply do it for you.

The RI MLS Search subscription service is designed to operate within any web site which can support <iframes>. This includes straight HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, Wordpress, Microsoft Office Live Sites, PHP and/or python based sites.
