Pricing - $25.00/month

The Rhode Island MLS Search Solution is a subscription service affordably priced at $25.00/month.* There are are no long term contract or service requirements. There is an one time $10.00 setup fee to enable your services and configure your office and contact information.

 

Payment Processing

Your first month’s payment and set up fee are due and owing at the time of registration and must be received before your service will be activated. This is a monthly service and invoices are emailed (in PDF form) to you two weeks prior to the start of the next month. Payment is due on or before the last day of the month. (For example, if you wish to continue your service next month, then when you receive the bill for next months service, you will need to pay the bill before the end of this month.)

 

If payment is not received on or before the first of the month being billed for, then your service will be interrupted and a message will be displayed on your web site indicating your service is currently not available. When service is disrupted (for non-payment) there is an additional reconnection charge of $10.00. The reconnection fee and outstanding balance must be paid prior to service being re-established.
