Question: How much are the RI Statewide MLS fees per month?

Answer:  The RI Statewide MLS fees to support your subscription may cost $25.00/month if you or you broker do not already have an IDX data feed. Please see the Rhode Island State-Wide MLS site  for technology services, IDX products and pricing details. 

The following describes some typical scenarios and options which may be similiar to your given situation:

• Option A. Broker and Office Web Site If you are a broker and wish to implement the MLS search for your office web site, you will need to complete the MLS registration forms and the cost for your office to obtain and configure the IDX data feed from the MLS is $25.00/month.
• Option B. Agent and Agent Web Site Framing Broker’s Search. If you are an agent and wish to implement this for your website by framing your broker’s web site search (i.e. your broker follows option A above), then there is no additional monthly cost to be paid to the RI Statewide MLS. (You will still need to complete the registration forms and receive permission from your broker to use this option. )
• Option C. Agent and Agent Web Site not framing Broker’s search. If you are an agent and your broker does not have an IDX feed agreement with the MLS and does not wish to implement one, you may still receieve a data feed for your website. You will need to complete the MLS registration forms and pay $25.00/month for the feed from the MLS. 

Regardless of which of the above ‘options’ or scenarios best describes your situation, you will still need to complete the RI State-Wide registration forms to either to (1) obtain the required IDX feed or, (2) frame your broker’s search.

FAQ: How and when do I get billed?

Question: How and when do I get billed?

Answer: As a monthly subscription service you are billed on a month by month basis. Invoices are sent via email, attached as a PDF, to the email address you supplied when you registered. Invoices are sent out two (2) weeks prior to the end of the month when payment is due.

Payment is due on or before the last day of the month. If payment is not received in a timely manner (i.e. prior to the first of the month) then your service will be disabled until payment is received and processed.

Answer: Registration forms are generally processed within one business day.
